Now is the best time to give Toastmasters a try.

 

Club 75 welcomes all individuals interested in our core mission to visit us at a meeting, or to contact us to discuss your questions. We are always looking to improve our meetings with quality people interested in personal achievement, through good conversation, and dynamic interaction. We are a small professional group always interested in others who share our goals.

The Club’s Leadership

 

President                  The President serves as the Club’s chief executive officer,                                                responsible for the general supervision and operation of the                                       Club.  The President presides at Club and executive                                                        committee meetings.

 

Vice President            The Vice President administration provides guidance, serves

Administration       as a resource, and is responsible for the summer activity.

 

Vice President            The Vice President Education orients new members to the

Education                 Toastmaster program, and designs the meeting’s weekly

                                    Educational portion, including the theme of the week.   The

                                    VP Education presides in the absence of the President.

 

Vice President            The Vice President Membership plans, organizes and

Membership             implements a continuous marketing effort, to ensure

                                    that the Club maintains or exceeds 20 members.

 

Vice President            The Vice President Public Relations promotes the Club to

Public Relations            the local media.

 

Secretary                  The Secretary records and reads minutes of the business

                                    portion of the meeting, and maintains an accurate                                                         Membership roster.

 

Treasurer                  The Treasurer collects Membership dues twice a year and                                             forwards them to Toastmasters International, collects and                                        sends new Membership applications to Toastmasters                                                             International, and pays any bills incurred by the Club.

 

Sergeant at Arms  The Sergeant at Arms serves as master host and makes                                                all physical arrangements for the Club’s meetings, including

                                    board, jackpot and banners.  The Sergeant at Arms controls

                                    Club property between meetings.
